Get Field information from Scale House
Make sure correct Crop ID is indicated
Check Attribute and Fill check for set up
Quality Checks
As per schedule, evaluate product based on document requirements
Salt Analysis - once per hour every other line due to different dispensing system
If out for salt - recheck as soon as possible
Pull recheck cans coming into warehouse - as per recheck schedule
Monitor Attribute checks - do a check with attribute and sign off 2 x per shift minimum- if QC lead not present
Monitor Fill Check
Other Checks
Every shift : Clock checks, scale verification checks
Day Shift ( or nights if no day shift) - thermometer calibrations, vacuum gauge calibrations
QC tours - 2 x per shift. - check documentation while on rounds - for writeovers , other errors
Tour includes Beans, Pea Receiving, BT room, and Corn Building in corn) If QC lead/Production Supervisor is not present

- Strong safety frame of mind with demonstrated safety in job performance
- Willingness to help in all areas of the Warehouse, Packaging, Bulk, etc. as required
- Ability to simultaneously manage a variety of work tasks and priorities
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication, decision making and troubleshooting skills
- Possess a continuous improvement mind set
