Pay or shift range: $25 USD to $30 USD
Your daily role:
- Operate and monitor the wastewater treatment system, maintaining pond levels and ensuring full compliance with environmental permits.
- Perform process control testing, collect and record samples, and complete all required documentation, including data entry and monthly regulatory reports.
- Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot issues, and document work through the EAM system.
- Operate machinery (tractors, lifts, attachments) for waste removal, grounds upkeep, and system support, while assisting maintenance as needed.
- Uphold safety, GMP, and quality standards by reporting issues promptly and maintaining accurate records and manuals.
Your Profile:
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain accurate records.
- Basic understanding of science (chemistry/microbiology) and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to learn and perform maintenance tasks using personal tools.
- Ability to work safely, keep a clean work area, and complete safety/waste reports; must hold a valid driver’s license and be flexible with schedules as needed.
- Physically able to perform medium-heavy work, including frequent walking, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in varying conditions (noise, heat, humidity, chemicals, wet areas) and ideally bringing prior wastewater experience; high school diploma or equivalent required.
Schedule:
- December to May (OFF SEASON) {Monday–Friday (6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.) no weekends}
- May to December (PACK) {Monday–Friday (6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.), and (6:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.) on either Sat or Sun, it is the applicant's choice}
