Your daily role
As a MMF supervisor and under the authority of the maintenance director, the post holder recommends and implements changes to improve the processes and productivity of the kettle and frozen department department in order to ensure precise and effective operation.
- Act as a leader responsible for the health and safety of employees under its supervision and promote its application;
- Participate in morning meetings (DMS-2) with the maintenance group (workshop);
- Establish a strategy allowing the judicious use of planned arrest times;
- Coordinate maintenance activities in order to optimize the rate of return with good planning;
- Participate in production planning and communicate any risk of lower return;
- Maintain a partnership with external experts and promote inter-user assistance;
- Orient his team towards the priorities of the company and promote continuous improvement;
- Establish a reliable communication plan to ensure the synergy necessary to carry out preventive maintenance activities within the interior beaches;
- Participate in the knowledge transfer plan, companionship and training of collaborators under his supervision.
Your profile
- Five (5) years of experience in team supervision;
- DEP in a related field or equivalent experience;
- Have class A certification (MMF)
- Strong communication skills and interrelationship skills;
- Good knowledge of Office suite software;
- Proficiency in functional French and English.
