Your daily role
Under the supervision of a Commercial Financial Analysis Director, you will be responsible for analyzing the turnover as well as the standard margin for the customers and products in the sector of activity assigned to you.
THE ROLE:
- Present monthly financial results, as well as forecasts (forecasts) and the budget for your sector of activity;
- Communicate to its business partners all situations affecting turnover or margin. (negative margins, significant deviations VS budget, new deductions...;
- Participate in monthly meetings with the teams within your scope and act as financial support for the explanation of results;
- Make recommendations for decision-making;
- Present the key elements on monthly variances to your manager;
- Work closely with the commerce team on various projects (US-Canada);
- Participate in calls for tenders when submitting for new clients or products;
- Participate in various special projects and assist your manager in various matters (improving processes and creating budgets and forecasts);
- Develop new analyzes and refine the information necessary for decision-making;
- Participate in the development of new management tools (TM1 and qlik).
Your profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Financial Analyst (ideally commercial);
- University diploma in administration, finance profile or equivalent;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Ability to work to tight deadlines;
- Great adaptability and autonomy;
- Good organizational skills and proactivity;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge of the TM1 tool would be an asset;
- Excellent command of Excel;
- Excellent communication in French and English (Canada and United States interactions).
