Your daily role
You'll invest the majority of your time in these key areas:
- Coordinates and supervises fresh pack production area, ensuring the packaging of safe, quality products within established cost standards and service levels.
- Oversee employees in the start-to-finish process. The product comes from the field and leaves the plant in a frozen form ready to eat.
- Be adaptable and handle change at any given time.
- Participates in the quality and safety systems program to direct and implement quality system policies and programs to achieve the production of safe, quality products.
- Participates in the facility's low-cost producer program to accomplish the short and long-range goals of the facility.
Your profile
- Looking for a strategic thinker to provide operational supervision and guidance to the shift group leader.
- Works to maintain optimal staffing and training levels needed to run the shift.
- A successful candidate will run programs including health, wellness, and safety to promote the best work environment possible.
- Will work on performance management with all line-level employees. Motivates, Coaches, and Mentors all team members, leading by example.
- Computer experience with Google suite or Microsoft Office suite is required.
- Previous Supervisory experience is required. A high school diploma or equivalent, with five years of working experience in a production environment, is expected.
