Pay Range: $28  to $31.50 USD

THE ROLE:

• Lead and supervise daily repack operations, including training, motivating, and directing associates.
• Ensure safety, quality, and SQF compliance while enforcing company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production and quality to meet efficiency, labor, product recovery, and on-time production goals while minimizing downtime.
• Maintain high standards for housekeeping, sanitation, food safety, and equipment conditions.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Distribution teams to resolve issues and keep operations running efficiently.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes, equipment, productivity, and overall operational performance.
• Complete required reporting and documentation, including safety incidents, quality records, production information, and employee performance reviews.
• Support employee performance management, including coaching, annual reviews, and progressive discipline in partnership with the Operations Supervisor.

YOUR PROFILE: 

• 1 or more years of production or packaging experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team while maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Comfortable working in environments that may be noisy, dusty, hot/humid, wet, and around moving mechanical equipment.
• Ability to work 6:00 PM TO 6:00 AM, including weekends
