The intern will actively participate in the integration and optimization of a new control process using an optical reader in a food production environment.

Its main mandate will be to analyze the rejections generated by the system, document the data, identify potential causes and contribute to the reduction of false rejections and production losses.

THE ROLE:

• Observe the operation of the system in real conditions
• Participate in operational testing and adjustments
• Analyze the releases generated by the optical reading system
• Distinguish between compliant rejections and false rejections
• Identify possible causes (positioning, calibration, parameters, product, etc.)
• Compile rejection data in Excel
• Implement simple performance indicators (rejection rate, false rejections, etc.)
• Participate in gap analysis
• Suggest areas for improvement
• Contribute to reducing losses and optimizing yield

PROFILE:

• Student in industrial engineering, food engineering, mechanical engineering, food technology, or related field
• Rigour and analytical mind
• Technical curiosity
