In addition to the production supervisor, the foreman will have to work jointly with the foremen in place to organize, supervise and control activities with a view to achieving the objectives of the production department in accordance with general directives, while ensuring a healthy use of resources made available to him.

The role:

• Manage the operations and staff of his team jointly with the foremen in place to ensure effectiveness in the production department;
• Update and maintain daily effectiveness and productivity indicators of the production department;
• Participate and animate the daily and/or weekly production meetings with the teams in charge of operations and those of the floor (DMS1-DMS2);
• Contribute to the maintenance and mobilization of staff while ensuring the right working climate;
• Apply and enforce the security policies and standards in place (ergonomics, Port of Epi, load manipulation, Cadening, Simdut, etc.) as well as hygiene, quality and health standards.

Profile:

• 3 to 5 years in a similar position.
• Have good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Have a critical and analysis and leadership spirit;
• have the concern for occupational health and safety and quality;
