Base salary
Your daily role
- Ability to safely use of all maintenance hand tools and shop equipment
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics and diesel engines
- Some experience with welding and using a cutting torch preferred
- Working knowledge of mechanical equipment, installation, maintenance and repair
- Basic knowledge of reading/understanding blueprints that pertain to the operation
- Proficient in arc and gas welding and cutter torch
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to learn new tasks and be dependable
- Team player that is able to effectively communicate with others
- Ability to read, speak, write English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Time off during harvest season (June-October)
- Schedules to maintain work/life balance
